How to Get Involved FAQs
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Bellaire Little League!
Teenagers 14+, Click Here To Fill Out The Form to express your interest in working concession stands. Once we receive your information we will email you the waiver and instructions, training dates, and all the information you'll need to sign up for shifts.
Shifts are at Horn, Tiras, and Weston fields on GAME DAY/special events only and during the week, ending at 8:30 pm. Managers are instructed to not lock up fields and leave until volunteers have finished their shifts and the stands are closed down.
For questions, please email concessions@bellairelittleleague.org
Look at you, you go-getter! Friends of BLL - WE NEED YOU!
Volunteers like you are the heartbeat of our league, and we invite you to be an essential part of making each season truly special. We LOVE our volunteers and this league is made possible by parents, siblings, and friends who help out when called upon. Times we may call you up to the big leagues are:
Little League is a team sport. Not just for the coaches and players. Managers and assistant coaches are parents just like you. They have jobs, sick kids, and work commitments. At the beginning of each season, your manager will need you to step up to the plate and offer assistance to make your child's experience the best! For a full list of Parent Volunteer Roles, visit https://bellairell.org/volunteer and let your manager know how you want to pitch in!
Do you have a high Baseball IQ?
Have you coached before? Know some effective practice drills? Have experience with a position?
Let your manager know! You don't have to become an assistant coach to help out. Just give them a heads-up that you are there for advice or questions when needed.
Other ways to get involved include:
- Event Planning Committees: Gala, Opening Day, Fundraising Concert, and more!
- Event Day Shifts: Same events as above, as well as College Days, Tournaments, and extra hands when needed. Shifts can be as short as an hour and your family can come and help alongside you.
The best way to help out BLL is to share the love of youth sports with your friends and family:
- Invite them out on game days and to special events.
- Share your child's progress on social media and tag us
Have more questions? Reach out to Courtney Erikson at info@bellairelittleleague.org to let her know you want on our email list when we need to send out the bat signal for volunteers!
